The TN visa allows Mexican and Canadian professionals to work in the U.S. under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).

Key Features:

Eligibility: Must work in a NAFTA-designated occupation (e.g., engineer, lawyer, accountant, healthcare professional).
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) specific to the occupation.
Validity: Initially up to 3 years, with unlimited renewals.

TN Visa Process:
Canadian Citizens: Apply directly at a port of entry with proof of job offer and qualifications.
Mexican Citizens: Submit a petition to USCIS and attend an interview at a U.S. embassy.
